Submission Guidelines

If you’re conducting research or clinical work that aligns with our theme — Neuro Innovations: Personalised Therapies and Insights — we want to hear from you! Submit your abstracts for Oral, Poster, or Young Investigator Award presentations.

Abstract Criteria

Your abstract will be evaluated based on:

• Theme Alignment: Does your work relate to personalised therapies, diagnostic advancements, neurorehabilitation, or innovative insights in neurology?
• Clarity & Structure: Is it well-written, clearly structured, and easy to follow?
• Scientific Quality: Are your research objectives, methods, and findings clearly presented?
• Clinical Relevance: Will your work improve patient outcomes or clinical practice?
• Innovation: Does it offer new approaches, concepts, or perspectives?
• Application: Does it bridge research with clinical practice?

Review Process

• Double-Blind Review: Abstracts will be evaluated anonymously by at least two experts.
• Rapid Feedback: Decision notifications within 48 hours of submission.
• Constructive Reviewer Comments: Whether accepted or not, you’ll receive helpful feedback.
• Quick Revisions: If revisions are requested, they’ll be reviewed within 24 hours.

Word Limit: 300 words

• Acknowledgements (if applicable)
• References

Author Info: Include full names, affiliations, a brief biography (max 150 words), photo, and contact email.

Session: Choose the session title under which you are abstract fits best.

• All presenting authors must register for the conference.
• Each presenter may submit one lead-author abstract (exceptions for collaborative works).
